MANDATORY SUBJECTS 1 hour - Cultural Competency (every 3 renewal periods) 3 hours - Counseling Practice Ethics 1 hour - Implicit Bias awareness 1 hour - Sexual Harassment prevention 1 hour - Alzheimer’s Disease and other dementias (once every 3 renewal periods) 1 hour - Mandated Reporter Training provided by DCFS, within 3 months of initial licensure and at least every 3 years thereafter
