Ingredients
• 1 small carton sour cream • 1 small carton Cool Whip • Milk (optional, if needed to thin pudding mixture)
• 6 bananas, sliced • 1 box vanilla wafers • 2 boxes French vanilla instant pudding

Instructions
1. Prepare the pudding mixture: Prepare the instant pudding according to the package directions. Add the sour cream to the pudding and whisk until smooth. Gently fold in the Cool Whip using a spoon until well combined. 2. Assemble the pudding: In a large bowl, combine the sliced bananas and vanilla wafers. (No need to layer.) Pour the pudding mixture over the bananas and wafers. Stir gently to combine.
3. Refrigerate and serve: Cover the bowl and refrigerate until chilled. If the pudding mixture is too thick, add a few drops of milk to reach your desired consistency. 4. Enjoy: Serve chilled and enjoy this creamy, delicious dessert!

• Brown sugar (for coating) • Canned jackfruit, drained and sliced • Cooking oil (preferably olive oil)
• 5 ripe bananas, cut into 4 pieces each • 1 pack of pastry wrappers (Lumpia wrappers), 20 pieces, separated

Instructions
1. Prepare the bananas: Cut each ripe banana into 4 pieces. Roll each banana piece in brown sugar until fully coated. 2. Assemble the Lumpia: Take one Lumpia wrapper and place a sugar-coated banana piece on it. Add a few slices of jackfruit on top. Roll the wrapper around the banana and jackfruit, leaving both ends open. Repeat this process for all the banana pieces.
3. Cook the Lumpia: Heat cooking oil in a pan. Submerge the wrapped bananas into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy. 4. Serve and enjoy: Remove the cooked Lumpia from the oil and let them cool slightly. Serve warm.
