Ingredients

Instructions

• 3 lbs ground beef • 1 large white onion, peeled and diced • 4 cloves garlic, minced • 5 small cans tomato sauce (8 oz each, 40 oz total) • Ricotta cheese • Shredded mozzarella cheese • Shredded cheddar cheese • No-bake lasagna noodles • Italian seasoning (1½–2 tablespoons) • Salt, to taste • Black pepper, to taste

1. Brown the meat. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until fully browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess grease if needed. 2. Sauté the vegetables. Add the diced onion to the skillet with the beef. Cook for 3–5 minutes, until the onion is soft and translucent. Add the minced garlic and cook for 30–60 seconds, just until fragrant. 3. Season and prepare the sauce. Season the mixture with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Pour in all 5 cans of tomato sauce and stir well. Simmer on low heat for 15–20 minutes. 4. Preheat the oven. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

5. Assemble the lasagna. In a large baking dish, layer the ingredients as follows:

• A thin layer of meat sauce • No-bake lasagna noodles • Dollops of ricotta cheese • Shredded mozzarella and

cheddar cheese

• Another layer of meat sauce Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of meat sauce topped generously with mozzarella and cheddar cheese. 6. Bake. Cover the baking dish tightly with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until the top is bubbly and lightly golden. 7. Rest and serve. Let the lasagna rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing and serving
