This course is approved by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) to satisfy one (1) hour on human trafficking training. TEXAS SPECIAL APPROVAL Per Texas Occupations Code, Title 3, Subtitle B, Sec. 156.060, licensed physicians (MD/DO) and physician assistants (PA) must complete a human trafficking prevention course approved by the HHSC as part of the hours of continuing medical education required for renewal.
