The learner will also be able to recognize alternatives to help your client while he or she is undergoing cancer treatments and empower each student with the knowledge to perform informal skin cancer checks within the treatment room. Chapter 5: Skin Cancer Guide for Salon Professionals, 2nd Edition 34 [1 CE hour] This course will equip you with essential knowledge about skin cancer—including how to recognize the warning signs of precancerous lesions, the most common forms of skin cancer, and rare types that can appear.
