Conclusions Although the topic is more publicly discussed and present, sexual harassment in the workplace, especially in healthcare, continues to be highly prevalent and under-reported. The professional, psychological, and physical effects of sexual harassment on targets, especially women are obvious. Physicians, especially those in leadership/ administrative roles need to continue to emphasize training among staff to reinforce the importance of recognition and safe reporting to help continue the fight to reduce sexual harassment.
