MANDATORY CME REQUIRED FOR ARIZONA LICENSE RENEWAL

Completion of the program satisfies Arizona’s mandatory three (3) credit hour requirement on opioids, substance abuse, and/or addiction, as well as twenty (20) elective credit hours of education. Arizona physicians and physician assistants are required 40 hours of AMA PRA Category 1 Credit TM every two years, and all hours may be completed by distance learning. Effective June 27, 2023 , renewing DEA-registered practitioners must complete 8 credit hours of one-time training on the treatment and management of patients with opioid or substance use disorders.
